Here, the sweet oiliness of Frangelico, the depth and complexity of Dark Matter's Spiced Rum and the refreshing twist of star anise give the humble Espresso Martini whole new meaning.

25 ml Dark Matter Mocha Rum Liqueur
30 ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
20 ml Frangelico
50 ml espresso coffee (cooled)
15 ml star-anise infused simple syrup

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, then double-strain into a coupe. Garnish with star anise.
