Damages and issues
We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have seven days after receiving a delivery to report and issue and request a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have a concern with the condition of your delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.To report an issue, you can contact us at orders@ifw.com.au.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the shipment must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
