Rested Old Fashioned

Rested Old Fashioned

Unlike most Reposado available, La Gritona steers clear of the sweeter, caramel profile. Instead, its vegetal complexity and mouth-filling texture makes it perfect for more robust stir-downs. Here we replace the Bourbon in an Old Fashioned for a 'Rested' version of this sophisticated drink.

60 ml La Gritona Reposado Tequila
10 ml Agave Nectar
dash Angostura Bitters

Combine ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a twist of orange.
