A Mezcali riff on a Last Word, this bittersweet, citrusy and fresh aperitivo recipe just works with Quiquiriqui's Espadin Mezcal, which adds a layer of earth and smoke across the palate from beginning to end.

20 ml Quiquiriqui Espadin Mezcal
20 ml Campari
20 ml Yellow Chartreuse
20 ml lime juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
