Domaine Ponsot Fine Wine Dinner with Alexandre Abel

@Circl - Melbourne

The evening was a rare vertical, presented alongside the producer, charting the evolution of Clos des Monts Luisants Blanc from 2009 to 2022, moving through three vintages of Cuvée des Grives, and culminating in Grand Cru Clos de la Roche and Griotte-Chambertin — a compelling study of site, vintage and longevity at the highest level.
