Still refreshing and moreish, the supporting characteristics of this Rum brings luscious decadence to the drink. 60 ml Flying King Caribbean Rum15 ml lime juice10 ml sugar syrup10 fresh mint leaves4 lime wedges30 ml soda water Combine top 5 ingredients in a Collins glass. Add crushed ice to half-fill the glass and mix with a bar spoon. Add the soda and continue to gently combine with spoon. Top with additional crushed ice and fresh mint to garnish.
