Ambrosian Julep

Ambrosian Julep

A very Victorian flavoured version of the Mint Julep, with spicy Animus Ambrosian Gin, ultra-dry Sherry and the fruity flavours of mandarin and blackberry. Created by Trish Brew of the Gin Palace.

45 ml Animus Ambrosian Gin
15 ml Manzanilla Sherry (Equipo Navazos 'I Think')
5 mint leaves
1 tsp mandarin sherbet
15 ml lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin with ice and shake. Strain into a Julep cup filled with crushed ice. Top with ice and garnish with mint and blackberries.
