Jensens Martini

Jensens Martini

Jensen's Bermondsey Dry is a recreation of a lost, full-bodied style of London Dry Gin, and it's the best in our portfolio for a classic Martini. Olive or lime garnish (we go lime), and shaken or stirred (sorry Mr. Bond, we'll stir).

50 ml Jensens Bermondsy Dry Gin
10 ml Chazalettes Dry Vermouth

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain and pour into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a twist of lime.
