Ester Negroni

Considering Ester Dry Gin was born in the quest for the perfect Negroni, it's no surprise this is our favourite version. Ester also pre-batches this exact recipe for those who would prefer to take the short cut.

30 ml Ester Dry Gin
30 ml Campari
30 ml Cocchi Torino Vermouth

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to dilute and chill. Pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, and garnish with a wedge of orange.
