“Very pale but youthful purple-pink colour; the bouquet opens with a reductive note which quickly dissipates revealing pastry, nutty and dried-flower aromas while the palate is bone-dry and has superb texture, with softness and flow, the faintest tannin grip and terrific length. Creamy lees touches and a hint of pastry. This is a super-serious rosé of character and intent.”

"A pale salmon colour suggests a delicate wine, but winemaker Rob Mann has built a rosé of surprising complexity and restraint. The bone-dry palate and mild fruitiness draws your attention to the mid-palate texture, defined by a meaty chew typical of Mourvedre. There's a gentle pull of fine-grained tannins and pucker of a proud acid spine enhanced by a splash of Vermentino. The addition of some Grenache adds a hint of raspberry to the gentle blueberry and white pepper tones, while that firm structure ensures the flavours hold a long, sinewy line."
