Verget Mâcon Grand Élevage Blanc 2025

A blend of first pressings from Les Légères in Péronne, La Grande Bruyère in Fuissé and a plot of old vines in Bussières. Vinified entirely in barrels, 15% new, and aged for eight months. In 2025 the berries remained small, concentrating sugar and acidity. The palate is dense, full-bodied and very fresh, almost mineral, with a beautiful consistency and a velvety texture that finishes with a lovely freshness.
