From Quealy’s certified organic Balnarring Vineyard—one of the region’s earliest plantings, established in 1982—this field blend of Friulano (50%), Riesling (26%), Pinot Grigio (17%), Ribolla Gialla (2%), and Malvasia (2%) captures the spirit of Mornington’s coastal heritage. Handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, and barrel-fermented in seasoned French oak, the wine is left unfined and unfiltered, with only a small sulphur addition at bottling.
The 2025 vintage delivered excellent balance and clarity, with moderate yields and pristine ripening conditions. Aromas of citrus blossom, pear skin, and crushed herbs open to a textured, saline palate that’s both savoury and bright. It's an expressive, quietly complex white that reflects its dry-grown, organically farmed site.
