This sauvignon blanc ticks all the boxes for a refreshing drop. The fruit comes from Estate-grown grapes, predominantly from the Oakbank site, though Balhannah and Lenswood fruit also play a role.
The '25 season was very dry. The limited water supply led to concentrated yields with intense acidity. The wine shows tropical and citrus fruit and the usual elegance we expect from Murdoch Hill.
