Massolino Langhe Riesling 2024

Massolino planted three Riesling clones in 2014 at the top of their cool, windswept parcel in Monforte d'Alba. These vines, planted on rocky, limestone-rich soils, sit at the hill's apex at roughly 450–500 metres. After some years experimenting with amphora, steel and various oak formats, the wine now ferments exclusively in a 5,000-litre cement tank, resting on lees for nine months. The new release is the most impressive yet — a textural, racy, mouthwatering style loaded with ripe citrus and chalky length. An absolutely delicious and unique expression of Riesling.
