Ray Nadeson and Maree Collis have a gift for making wines as expressive as their names suggest, and Ooh La La is no exception.
For 2025, the fruit comes from Hat Rock Vineyard on the Bellarine, where black self-mulching clay over limestone buckshot lends both depth and energy. The parcels were whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented in new French oak, then aged on fine lees in older 300L and 500L puncheons. The wine completed 100% wild malolactic fermentation.
This is classic Lethbridge Chardonnay: generous yet precise, with citrus, apple and floral notes, subtle spice, and a savoury edge that carries through a long, vibrant finish.
