A rare off-dry Petit Manseng from the amphitheatre-like vineyard above Aubertin, in the Pyrenean foothills of Jurançon—the site that gave the cuvée its name, its terraced slopes recalling the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Biodynamically farmed in minuscule volumes, the 2021 shows layers of dried fruit and spice aromatics giving way to a rich, textured palate, the sweetness kept honest by electric acidity and mineral drive, finishing long and precise.
