Clayface Chenin Blanc is 100% made in terracotta amphora. Hand harvested grapes from Yungarra vineyard are handpicked and de-stemmed into the amphora. The fruit is allowed to naturally ferment on skins for one month. The wine is then pressed off back to the amphora for settling beforehand bottling. A bright young thing! Yallingup, Margaret River
