Arnoux-Lachaux Grand Cru Latricières-Chambertin 2022

Arnoux-Lachaux first produced this Grand Cru in 2007. It originates from the purchase of a 0.53-hectare parcel of 58-year-old vines that borders Clos de la Roche. His vines are in the highest, coolest part of the Grand Cru, with very rocky soils and the vines are surrounded by woods on three sides. The parcel is ploughed by horse and consistently produces outstanding Grand Cru Burgundy that is all about tension, line and perfume. The 2022 from Clayver is true to this: super complex, fine boned, aromatic, intense and earthy with fine, powdery tannins.
