Alongside his Sangiovese and Shiraz Viognier, the Regional Riesling is one of Bryan Martin’s iconic wines. Fruit for the 2025 was harvested early from several vineyards: Long Rail Gully and Nanima in Murrumbateman; Briar Ridge in the Hunter Valley, & Ravensworth. The grapes were hand-harvested and processed (no bunches) before being pressed to a mixture of Nico Vwelo concrete tulips, Stockinger fourdre and Flowform ceramic eggs for fermentation at 18-20C. The wine was racked and bottled with no fining or filtrations.
