Paul Gadenne Hors Norme Blanc Jacquère 2022

The Hors Norme Blanc hails from Gadenne’s Les Abymes, a small plot (less than a hectare) of organically farmed 70-year-old Jacquère vines in the village of Saint-Jeoire-Prieuré, a few kilometres from Chignin in the commune of Myans. Its location in the centre of the valley means the soils are deeper, with higher proportions of clay than many of his other sites. The vines lie at 300 metres and face south. Handpicked fruit is vinified in stainless-steel tanks and bottled after eight months.
