Massolino Moscato d'Asti 2025 (375ml)

Massolino's Moscato is a benchmark of the style, produced only in limited quantities. It's drawn from hand-harvested grapes, with a good portion grown in the prime calcareous soils of Serralunga. These soils give the wine a more savoury, complex flavour than many other examples—and yet the wine is every bit as delicious. The aromas of the 2025 ooze ripe pear, candied lemon rind and acacia flower, and the palate is bright and pure, with terrific balance between crunchy freshness and sweetness. It's not a wine that needs to be taken too seriously — it's all about fun, precision and purity — but there's no question Giovanni Angeli is a master of the style. Warning: this is a wine that's impossible to stop drinking!
