Jean-Marie Guffens brings his Burgundian touch to this Bordeaux Blanc from his Barsac Estate. Vines over 50 years of age on clay-limestone give 85% Sémillon and 15% Sauvignon Gris, with a small splash of Muscadelle. Only the free-run juices make the cut, sent directly to barrels, 25% of which are new, then aged eight months on the fine lees. Yields were a negligible 18 hl/ha in 2025, so there’s precious little to go around.
