It took the industry a decade to fully appreciate this Northern Italian duo made by very talented winemaker Pat, and the results are remarkable. With 85% Nebbiolo bringing structure and delicacy, and 15% Refosco adding dark fruit depth and juiciness, this is a beautifully balanced red. Red cherry and leafy raspberry meet concentrated cassis and mulberry, all wrapped in a wine that remains light on its feet and effortlessly drinkable, with or without food. As Pat would say, the Swiss Army knife of his range!
