Little Reddie Mountain Fizz 2026

Another serious, precise fizz from Pat. Mountain Fizz, named after Mount Alexander (Leanganook), bridges traditional sparkling and pét-nat styles. A Shiraz and Chardonnay blend, it offers juicy frozen strawberry, a touch of fresh white peach from a barrel of Blanc de Blancs, and fine, precise bubbles. With minimal dosage, it’s fresh, dry and playful, yet seriously crafted. Its youthful blush of pink makes it perfect for spring and summer, gradually fading to a paler hue with bottle age.  Could be thought of as a Blanc de Noirs with just a hint of bronze 'blush'.
