Double-distilled in Melbourne using a propriety botanical bill weighted heavily towards absinthe’s herbal holy trinity – fennel, wormwood and aniseed – The Jezebel is as pure and balanced as it is compelling—an exciting new entry to Australia’s growing corps of craft spirits.
