The solera is topped up by 50% each year. The blend is approximately 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay and the wine is vinified entirely in seasoned oak. After 48 months on lees, it is disgorged with just one gram per litre dosage.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp sugg=\"true\"\u003eIt’s a wine of latent power and vinous intensity, with impressive balance and a chalky\/saline character. Racy acidity and mineral tension sit easily with fleshy fruit and richness. The lengthy close is chalky with just a wisp of fragrant smoke.
