This site is certified organic and biodynamic, and comprise sand over pea gravel with a stony granite base. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis wine comes from the 2025 vintage which had a moderate winter and spring followed by a dry summer, which was a little cooler than 2024. Overall, the grapes saw a long ripening period allowing the reds to develop great phenolic ripeness. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe fruit was harvetsed over four dates and foot-crushed in open pots for a wild ferment.
