Toro Albala Vinagre Seco (200ml)

It remains to balsamic, mentholated, reductions, floral notes, ferric, iodine, bitter almonds, nuts, ethyl acetate and noble woods. Spicy, fresh and bitter. Very long.
Food and wine pairing: Grill seafood and rocket salad with pickled pigeon.
This vinegar is made of Pedro Ximénez grapes. Its history starts as a dry wine aged using the traditional Andalusian wines method. It turns sour and bottled after ageing 20 years in American oak barrels.
