Teusner N.V. Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay

A lovely, soft and creamy bubbles from the gang. It's lifted and fragrant showing strawberries and cream from the Pinot Noir component, meshing seamlessly with the apple and lemon zest characters from the Chardonnay. Hints of nectarine and peachy stone-fruits, soft, biscuity tones and white flowers. Crisp green apple, pithy lemon and hints of biscuit crust flow through to a creamy, lingering finish with a decent 'kiss' of sweetness. A fizz for all occasions.
