A blend of Mataro, Cinsault, Grenache and Shiraz, this is serious rosé modelled loosely on the weighty, textural rosés of Provence. Light-bodied, silky and refreshing, offering lively citrus and red berry flavors complemented by a subtle herbal undertone. The tangy finish repeats the strawberry note and lingers nicely.
