Now bottled under screwcap. This is another big 'win' in the closure battle. This fabulous, organic producer is one of the very few in the region to have started bottling under screwcap and it is doing so only for the Australian market. This wine is 100% Garganega from the volcanic soils of Mount Zoppega. Ripe, pulpy Garganega offers an abundance of spice and minerality, with a deliciously full, rich and honeyed texture. There are also notes of white flowers and hints of lemon-lime and quince. Delicious and dangerously easy to drink, this bargain should be stocked up on for inexpensive spring and summer drinking.
