This is why '07 is so great. I thought the last wine was super but this is a big step up. Just an ethereal, tangy, 'god's gift' kind of Riesling with apple, lime leaf, tangerine and talc aromas and flavours. Somehow ultra delicate in the mouth - just floats over the tongue - yet also textural and demanding of food. I could drink this all night long. In the scheme of things - this is just a great buy.
