100% Sauvignon Blanc. From 1.3 ha on Barrois limestone (a Portlandian era limestone with large amounts of pebbles and silty clays). Much more opulent and textural than the Exogyra Virgula, yet with air this becomes more and more mineral. There is ripe stone fruit cut with lime chalk and fresh herbs.

"Subtle tropicals and fragrant herbs - aniseed, thyme, oregano - then into a stony, cool and fluid palate, threading that path between flavour and flint surely and calmly. Some creaminess here and a light chalkiness, along with ripe stonefruit and a playful lemon barley styled finish. Such 'detail' and fine balance to be found here.
