This Reserva comes from the bodega's oldest Manzanilla stocks placing it in the pasada category - its veil of flor has begun to fade, though not long enough to become an Amontillado. Bottled in a jet black stubbie, this is a strikingly unique Manzanilla. Golden yellow, with an intense, fruit-driven personality and intense spiciness. It's quite luscious yet with briny, grilled-nutty edge. It's dry on the palate, with a complex and long-lasting finish. A triumph of romance and reason!
