Screwcap. 100% Palomino grapes. This the youngest of the three Sherries offered here. A very bright, pale straw coloured wine, it has a sharp, delicate bouquet with predominant floral aromas. Dry, fresh and delicate on the palate, it is light and smooth with a lingering dry finish.
