As for the 10YO, this is a striking, off-dry wine that can be served as an aperitif, with tapas type dishes or seafood. Also excellent with consommés or soups. Verdelho has a medium body and racy acidity. Jancis Robinson: "Beef extract and malt on the nose. Very interesting. Lovely broad, complete offering that is just off dry. Deep yet rich. Really reverberates on the palate. Complex, long and tense. 17.5/20"
