Produced from 100% Mourvedre, this is Greenstones' homage to Bandol. The wine displays a beautiful pale salmon/ amber colour that immediately takes you to the old world. The nose is very savoury with delicate aromas of roses and aromatic wood spices. The palate has a luscious, creamy mouth feel with the typical glycerol texture that one expects from serious Rose and lingering flavours again of wood spices, fejoa's, roses, honey and red fruits, all seamlessly interwoven and balanced by underlying crisp acidity. A very classy Rose indeed!
