The 2011 Seedling Chardonnay was sourced entirely from two vineyards in Tumbarumba. The wine was matured in a combination of old French barriques and hogs heads for 12 months prior to bottling. The wine displays aromas of stone fruit, citrus and minerality, all the hallmarks of great Tumbarumba Chardonnay.
