Disznoko Aszu 5 Puttonyos 1993 (500ml)

The 1993 vintage was the first great vintage of the '90s and the first of the post Communist era. The extremely warm and dry summer started things off and the rainy, foggy September weather created favourable conditions for botrytis. The wines are rich, round and powerful. This brilliant wine shows all this and more. It really wowed us at the tasting offering layers of marmalade and grilled nut flavours with an incredibly long finish. A must have Tokaj.
