Screwcap. It's made from indigenous Sicilian grapes - Grillo (70%) Catarratto (30%)
sourced from Agrigento.
Some reduction then into apple/pear, creamed honey and dried herbs. Sports a waxy full textured
effect but a good splash of grapefruit and lemon flavour (and acidity) tones and shapes it up. A
slight bitterness ads rather than detracts. Tight citrus finish. Altogether pleasant and interesting to
